Managing Director & Principal, ARD | Development

Henderson serves as Managing Director and Principal of Denver-based Avanti Residential Development (ARD), the ground-up development arm of Avanti Residential. Henderson is a multifamily industry veteran with over twenty years of experience in developing and building market-rate, age-restricted, build-to-rent, and affordable housing. His development experience is in the western region of the U.S., including Denver, Salt Lake City, Phoenix, and Las Vegas. In his career he’s been involved in delivering over 30 multifamily projects to the market, creating over 6,000 units, and delivering over $2 billion in value creation. Henderson also volunteers in the housing sector, having recently completed a 10-year term on the Littleton Housing Authority Board. He currently serves on the non-profit board of Rocky Mountain Communities and was appointed to the Middle-Income Housing Authority board for the State of Colorado.
