Avanti Residential Acquires Beacon House Apartments in Northglenn, Colorado

Denver, CO – November 2024 – Avanti Residential is pleased to announce the acquisition of Beacon House Apartments, a 112-unit community located in Northglenn, Colorado. The property was acquired from MAXX Properties for $16.4 million. Shane Ozment, Terrance Hunt, Andy Hellman, Justin Hunt, Chris Hart and Brad Schlafer of CBRE represented the seller, MAXX Properties, in the transaction. Brady O’Donnell, Jill Haug, and Alex Scott of CBRE arranged a fixed rate Freddie Mac loan for Avanti Residential, providing accretive financing for the acquisition driven by the property’s mission driven percentage and strong Sponsorship.

Built in 1972, Beacon House is a unique value proposition with its mid-rise interior hallway design, a rare feature in the North Metro Denver market. The property is comprised of 72 one-bedroom and 40 two-bedroom units, averaging 774 square feet. Amenities include wood burning fireplaces, spacious closets, private balconies and lake views, along with quick access to I-25, clubroom and fitness center, on-site laundry facilities, and controlled building access.

The Giving Week 2024 is Here!

First and foremost, we are people people.

Our love for humanity, our local communities and our Avanti family is the essence of the work we do — that is why we make a point to give back each year.

Since 2020, we have organized an annual Giving Week to support local nonprofits that improve the lives of those in need, especially those that address housing and homelessness. From holistic support to explicitly focused aid, we are proud to regularly raise funds for a range of organizations that establish environments where people do not just survive but thrive.

Previous Giving Week Results

From 2020–2022, participants in The Giving Week raised $40,675. In 2023, through the generous support from our community and a matching donation from Chairman Doug Andrews, we raised $128,364 in contributions. This impressive feat was not the work of intense, massive donations and sacrifice. It was a steady, sustained effort built from hundreds of small gestures, from people like you who believe in the power of collective action. When we work together, we can make an incredible impact and change lives for the better. The Giving Week 2024 Our fifth official Giving Week will run from Sept. 30 to Oct. 14. This milestone is a testament to the sustained dedication of our team, community members and supporters — and we are more than ready to continue our efforts with increased vigor.

The organizations we have chosen to support this year address homelessness, employment and career training, children in foster homes and economic disparity. Across the nation, these five nonprofits focus on empowering local populations in difficult situations. We at Avanti resonate with their missions, which all align with one of our guiding phrases — sempre Avanti; always welcome.

Entryway: Entryway is a national 501(c)3 organization that transitions individuals and families at risk of or experiencing homelessness to economic self-sufficiency by providing career training, full-time employment and housing opportunities in partnership with the real estate industry. Entryway operates in 12 geographic service markets and donations for this campaign can be direct to two: Entryway Denver (select ‘Entryway’ from the dropdown) or Entryway Arizona.

Mile High United Way: Working side-by-side with the community, Mile High United Way takes on critical human services issues facing its seven-county footprint including the Metro Denver, Boulder and Broomfield communities. Through their community programs and initiatives, they focus on three interconnected community priorities — giving all children a strong start, supporting education and academic success and creating economic opportunity for all. Their affordable housing programs focus on transitioning young adults from the welfare system to stable housing, education on financial wellness and working with local non-profits who provide affordable housing options.

Foster Kids KC: Foster Kids KC is a dedicated non-profit organization in Kansas City, Missouri, with a mission to support and improve the lives of children in the foster care system. They work tirelessly to provide essential resources, advocacy, and a supportive community for foster children and the families that care for them. Foster Kids KC’s commitment to ensuring that every child in foster care has access to a loving and stable home is evident through their programs and services. By connecting foster families with valuable resources and offering educational support, they are making a profound difference in the lives of these vulnerable children.

Chapman Partnership: With the motto, “No one sleeps on the streets of our community,” Chapman Partnership’s vision supports a more equitable society and a healthy, vibrant Miami-Dade County. They address the most basic of human rights and needs while helping to restore the dignity and respect of men, women and children experiencing homelessness. Chapman Partnership manages two Homeless Assistance Centers located in Miami and Homestead. Their residents work together with case managers to create a comprehensive personalized plan, guiding them throughout their journey. With fully equipped medical and dental clinics, family dorms, cafeterias, classrooms, Wi-Fi, daycare, basketball courts and even a dog kennel, Chapman Partnership helps provide all the resources needed for motivated residents to become self-sufficient.

Avanti Residential Buys The Residence at Old Hickory Lake in Nashville, Tenn.

Nationwide multifamily investor and operator, Avanti Residential announces the acquisition of lakefront property, The Residence at Old Hickory Lake, a 116-unit Class A multifamily property in the Nashville metropolitan area. This community completed construction in 2018, and it marks Avanti’s entry into the Nashville market.

The Residence at Old Hickory Lake features a range of living options including 1-, 2- and 3-bedroom layouts. The property offers residents luxury living with 9-foot ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows and gourmet kitchens in each unit. The property also features a resort-inspired saltwater pool, fire pit and 24-hour fitness center for residents to enjoy.

In the United States, October is recognized as National Disability Employment Awareness Month (NDEAM). This month-long observance aims to raise awareness about disability employment issues and celebrate the contributions of workers with disabilities.

According to the World Health Organization, about 15% of the world’s population lives with some form of disability. This means that nearly one billion people worldwide are part of the disabled community, and their voices and experiences should be heard and valued. This year’s theme for NDEAM is “Advancing Access & Equity”, celebrating 50 years of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973.

This year also marks the 75th anniversary of National Disability Employment Awareness Month, which began as a week-long observance in 1945 to raise awareness about employment issues for individuals with disabilities. It was expanded to a month-long event in 1988 by Congress to further promote disability inclusion and employment opportunities. NDEAM is coordinated by the Department of Labor’s Office of Disability Employment Policy (ODEP). This agency works to promote policies and practices that increase employment opportunities for individuals with disabilities. ODEP also offers resources and support to employers, disability organizations, and other stakeholders in an effort to advance disability inclusion in the workforce. With nearly 20 years of experience in the multifamily real estate industry, Bennion has expertise in capital raising, asset management, and development.

Bennion most recently worked at PEF Advisors, an affordable housing investor, where he led the capital formation of a $100 million fund focused on affordable housing nationwide and served as a member of their senior leadership team and investment committee.

Prior to that, he successfully raised $3 billion in equity from institutional capital partners for Carmel Partners, a multifamily operator investing in acquisition and renovation deals and development projects in select US markets. Denver-based Avanti continues to see compelling investment opportunity in the greater Kansas City market

Lee’s Summit, MO and Denver, CO – May 22, 2022 – Nationwide multifamily investor and operator Avanti Residential announces the acquisition of the 308-unit Summit Square apartments in Lee’s Summit, Missouri, for $80 million. Avanti now owns eight apartment communities in the Kansas City metropolitan area as the firm continues to grow its portfolio of lifestyle-forward apartment communities in select growth markets.

Summit Square was completed in 2018 with a sophisticated amenity package and condo-quality interior finishes. Avanti paid an attractive $260,000 per unit for the Class A project, well below replacement cost and comparable sales over the past year in the area.

“We continue to uncover appealing investment opportunities in Kansas City, a market where we have assembled a critical mass of apartment data and operational knowledge over the past several years,” said Christian Garner, president of Avanti Residential .

Summit Square is located at 789 Donovan Road in the affluent Lee’s Summit community of Kansas City, which boasts high household incomes, an award-winning school district and the fastest growing MSA in the state.

In the Summit Square acquisition, Avanti was able to overcome several challenges that have beset multifamily investing over the past year, including rising interest rates, new construction, and uncertain future rent growth following the steep increases in rents experienced in 2021.

“We were able to acquire this property at a favorable basis with attractive fixed-rate financing and assemble a compelling investment opportunity that we believe we will perform very well in the coming years,” said Jason Wine, director of acquisitions at Avanti.

Avanti purchased the property from NorthPoint development, which was represented by Mac Crowther and Whittaker Potts of Newmark. Avanti represented itself in the transaction.

President Jimmy Carter declared the week of March 8 th (which is also International Women’s Day) be recognized as National Women’s History Week. By 1987, the U.S. Congress passed a resolution that deemed March as Women’s History Month.

Avanti is incredibly proud to share that Avantian Faith Mendoza has been named to NAA’s 20 in their Twenties, Class of 2023 ! Learn more about Faith’s journey in multifamily and why this accolade is much deserved.

Faith Mendoza is our Performance Development Manager based in Denver, CO. She started her journey with Avanti in 2020 and has been a key player in our organization since.

Faith started her career as a leasing consultant 7 years ago and now oversees effective training and development programs for Avanti’s Colorado, Utah, Kansas, Missouri, Arizona, and Florida regions. A little background on Faith’s journey; she moved her way from leasing consultant to assistant manager, and eventually made her way up to a community manager role. She took another leap at 24 and became a Systems Support Specialist for Avanti Residential helping team members resolve their systems issues on the back end through support tickets.

While working in support, she started to see common trends of tickets coming in, but instead of just solving their issues, she would create how-to’s, videos, and additional tools to teach them how to solve the issues on their own. It became very apparent that she had a passion for training and supporting others. Avanti then promoted her from Systems Support to the Performance Development role where she now oversees effective training and development programs for all 6 of Avanti’s regions. In addition, she also creates and facilitates in-person and webinar development content for onboarding and new hires, roll-out and implementation training, creates the company-wide learning calendar, is the administrator for multiple LMSs, supports all new acquisitions as they onboard, and manages Avanti’s mentorship program.

So far, her favorite part about working in multifamily was having the opportunity to help develop a mentorship program at Avanti, the Avanti Advisors. It’s allowed her to spotlight and connect with other leaders in Avanti’s organization. This program is about pairing new hires or those beginning a new role, with experienced mentors who can guide them on their professional journey. It also promotes a nurturing work culture where she has the opportunity build up Avanti’s biggest assets, their people. This program is very personal to Faith as she wants teams to have all the resources available to them to grow into that next role, and she knows how much a mentor or accessible training tools can impact someone’s career.

Faith is passionate about creating supportive and positive employee experiences to help increase engagement in the workplace. She is always trying to take the opportunity to make someone’s learning and growth experience better and it fills her heart when she knows what she’s done has made their journey better in some meaningful way.

Sale of stylish mid-century modern complex creates new repositioning opportunity for buyer 29 ^th Street Capital at South Scottsdale location

Denver, CO and Scottsdale, AZ – February 14, 2023 – Avanti Residential has sold the vibrant 193-unit Dwell Apartment Homes for $41.6 million to Chicago-based 29 ^th Street Capital. The sale allows Avanti to realize its investment objective for the property and continue to reallocate the firm’s 9,000-unit apartment portfolio toward newer core-plus properties nationwide.

The authentic mid-century project is located near the intersection of Scottsdale and McDowell Roads and benefits from Scottsdale’s high-end employment, retail, dining and entertainment offerings.

“Avanti acquired Dwell in 2016 with the expectation that the McDowell Road corridor to the south was ideally positioned for transformational improvements,” said Christian Garner, president of Avanti Residential . “We are very pleased with the performance of this investment to date, especially given the impressive rental rate growth in the greater Phoenix area over the past few years.”

The transaction is accretive to the new owner as well, with 78% of the apartments poised to benefit from planned interior upgrades that will further position the property as an attractive option amid a challenging affordability gap in Scottsdale’s new apartment inventory.

“Transacting in the current market environment is no small challenge,” added Garner. “Both sides saw this as a win-win proposition given the yields we have achieved thus far and the value-add opportunity that remains ahead.”

Steve Gebing and Cliff David with Institutional Property Advisors represented Avanti in the transaction, while the buyer represented itself.

Dwell was built in two phases in 1963 and 1975, with a mix of studio, one- and two-bedroom apartments and a colorful and charming retro appeal. The complex features three swimming pools, a fitness facility and clubhouse, and courtyard with a barbeque area.

Each February marks Black History Month, where we pay tribute to the triumphs and struggles of Black communities throughout U.S. history. $45 million purchase of Sunset Peak Apartment Homes will recapitalize the townhome-style project with a $5.3 million renovation of apartment interiors and exterior upgrades.

Denver, CO – February 10, 2023 – Avanti Residential has partnered with Trinity Investors in the $45 million acquisition and recapitalization of Sunset Peak Apartment Homes, a 184-unit multi-family community located north of downtown Denver in Thornton, CO. The project is unique in its townhome design and low density for the local market area and will receive a fresh capital infusion of approximately $5.3 million for apartment interiors, new amenities and exterior improvements.

“We are pleased on many levels to partner with Trinity Investors and begin work on the exciting renovation of Sunset Peak,” said Christian Garner, president of Avanti Residential . “This acquisition and recapitalization will continue the work we began on 20 percent of the apartment interiors in 2019-2020 and reposition the project to offer a higher quality resident experience.”

Sunset Peak Apartment Homes is located at 475 Russell Blvd., just off I-25 and Thornton Parkway and a 15-minute drive to Denver’s central business district. The project features a mix of two- and three-bedroom townhomes amid a spacious greenbelt area on a 12-acre site. Amenities include a swimming pool and splash pad, grilling station, and a dog park. A new fitness center and upgrades to the pool and playground areas are included in the planned renovation.

Approximately $3 million of the renovation budget will be invested in apartment interiors, where Avanti’s construction team will modernize 147 units ($16,433 per unit) with new lighting fixtures and cabinet fronts, new appliances, luxury vinyl tile flooring and other enhancements. The property will also undergo resurfacing of the parking areas and new roofs on three buildings.

Denver-based Avanti is a fully integrated apartment company that owns and manages approximately 9,000 apartments, roughly 25% of which are in Metro Denver and Colorado Springs, CO. Avanti also has significant holdings in Arizona, Florida, greater Kansas City, and Utah. The firm is selectively acquiring core-plus and value-add apartment projects on behalf of Avanti’s institutional and private capital partners.

This transaction is the first investment between Texas-based Trinity Investors and Avanti in the Denver marketplace. The venture was drawn to the attractive basis at $245,000 per unit when compared to the entry price for new construction, plus the stable and increasing demand for rental housing in a Thornton submarket with a highly constrained development pipeline.

“The challenging apartment investment environment over the past year nonetheless presents sound opportunities where we can apply our real estate experience and market knowledge with new and existing investor relationships to deliver attractive risk-adjusted returns,” added Garner.

Being a Good Citizen is not only one of our core values at Avanti Residential, it is a principle that we incorporate into everything we do. To be a good citizen means to embrace, participate, and enhance the communities in which we live, work, and do business—and that includes giving back to amazing local organizations within our markets.

A major focus of both Avanti and our Chairman Doug Andrews’ philanthropic efforts centers on supporting programs that address affordable housing and homelessness. In 2022, we sought out organizations with long-term impact, including those providing programs for mental welfare, addiction treatment, job training and sourcing, financial literacy training, domestic violence victim assistance, and early childcare. Given Avanti’s business in providing housing, contributing to organizations making a difference in the fight against homelessness is a natural target for our charitable efforts.

Since 2020, Avanti has been hosting an annual Giving Week, where we raise funds for local organizations with effective missions, from providing jobs and important life tools to fighting homelessness. 2022 saw our third annual Giving Week where, in conjunction with donations matched by Doug Andrews, we raised a total of $7,350 for eight deserving organizations. $70 million purchase to include extensive reinvestment to further enhance the resident experience at the AISD award-winning project

Phoenix and Denver, CO – December 1, 2022 – Avanti Residential has partnered with FCP in the acquisition of Omnia on Thomas, a 382-unit apartment community in Phoenix for $65 million. The project, which has been recognized for its chic and colorful exterior with a coveted American Society of Interior Designers (AISD) Adaptive Use Award, is set to receive a fresh capital infusion of approximately $12,000 per unit, largely in interior apartment upgrades.

“This is a unique opportunity to invest in a project and local submarket we know quite well, and with a known entity in FCP, a group with whom we have previous investment experience,” said Christian Garner, president of Avanti Residential . “This acquisition allows for a significant reinvestment in the property that will further enhance the resident experience at Omnia on Thomas.”

Avanti and FCP plan to invest approximately $12,000 per unit in the project, largely on interior apartment upgrades.

Omnia on Thomas is located at 1645 E. Thomas Road just east of State Route 51 and adjacent to Phoenix Children’s Hospital. The project offers direct access to the desirable Central Avenue Corridor and Camelback Corridor. The project features a mix of studio, one- and two-bedroom apartments, four swimming pools, a fitness center, and five EV charging stations.

Avanti is also closing this month on a 342-unit apartment community in downtown Kansas City, MO, marking the firm’s seventh investment in the region. Avanti owns and operates approximately 9,000 apartments in Colorado, Arizona, Utah, greater Kansas City, and Florida. $94 million purchase is Denver-based Avanti’s seventh acquisition in the greater Kansas City area

Kansas City, MO and Denver, CO – October 24, 2022 – Nationwide multifamily investor and operator Avanti Residential has acquired Artistry Apartments, a 341-unit Class-A apartment community in Kansas City, Missouri, for $94 million. The purchase marks Avanti’s seventh investment in the Kansas City metropolitan area as the firm continues to build its portfolio of lifestyle-forward apartment communities in select growth markets throughout the U.S.

“We are pleased to have uncovered this investment opportunity in Kansas City, a market we have come to know quite well over the past several years,” said Christian Garner, president of Avanti Residential . Affordability, quality of life and steady job growth continue to provide fundamental support for the region, plus we have built a good base of operational knowledge from managing other properties in the area,” added Garner.

Artistry is ideally located in downtown Kansas City’s Crossroads Arts District, a vibrant urban neighborhood of boutique shops, creative offices, art galleries, innovative restaurants, and entertainment venues, including the Kauffman center for the Performing Arts.

Built in 2021, Artistry was awarded the 2021 Capstone Award, Kansas City’s preeminent honor for commercial real estate development. The project features a mix of micro, studio, one- and two-bedroom apartments with best-in-class apartment finishes and resort-style amenities catering to lifestyle-forward residents, a key element of Avanti’s investment strategy.

The project also includes 11,675 square feet of street level retail space that is 70% leased to Sola Salon, a national tenant.

Avanti acquired the project from nationwide apartment developer Milhaus – both parties were represented by CBRE’s Kansas City Capital Markets team. The project was 95% leased at the time of sale.

Acquisition of 360-unit Class A apartment community extends Avanti’s South Florida presence, where the firm has invested approximately $500 million in apartments over the last year

Miami and Denver, CO – July 5, 2022 – Denver-based Avanti Residential has acquired Soleste Grand Central, a newly built luxury 360-unit apartment community in downtown Miami. Avanti purchased the Class A multifamily community for $181 million from The Estate Companies, who developed the project in 2021 and achieved 95% occupancy in six months amid ongoing strong demand for high quality lifestyle apartments in South Florida.

“We continue to see strong fundamentals in several South Florida multifamily markets, where employment growth and migratory trends remain impactful demand generators in an already supply constrained apartment sector,” said Christian Garner , president and CEO of Avanti Residential . “Soleste Grand Central fits perfectly with our investment strategy of acquiring premier lifestyle-forward multifamily communities in prime locations.”

Soleste Grand Central is located at 218 NW 8 ^th Street, with excellent walkable access to a wide array of retail and dining options and immediate ingress/egress access to I-95. The project is within a two-mile radius of a sizable and growing employment base currently boasting 170,000 jobs.

Soleste Grand Central features an eclectic mix of studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments appointed with top-of-the-line finishes, full-size washers and dryers, Nest thermostats and keyless entry systems.

Onsite amenities include a fourth-floor resort-style pool and pool deck with shaded cabanas, a fitness center, yoga and spin studios, and a salon. Partipilo joins Avanti with more than 20 years of commercial real estate experience, including 14 years in acquisitions, dispositions, fund strategy and joint-venture structuring on investments throughout the risk spectrum on a national basis. At Avanti, Partipilo will drive growth for the firm through the identifying and securing of new investment opportunities.

Avanti Residential buys luxury Artistry Apartments in St. Petersburg, FL

Newly built 246-unit Class A apartment community extends Avanti’s South Florida presence, where the firm has added three apartment communities to its portfolio in the second half of 2021

St. Petersburg, FL and Denver, CO – December 5, 2021 – Denver-based Avanti Residential has acquired Artistry, a luxury 246-unit apartment community in the heart of downtown St. Petersburg, FL. Avanti purchased the Class A project from nationwide apartment builder Milhaus Development, who completed the project in 2020 with condominium-quality finishes, resort-like amenities, and 10,000 square feet of retail space catering specifically to apartment tenants.

“We are seeing sound fundamentals in several South Florida multifamily markets, where impressive employment growth, notably in the tech sector, has been a strong indicator for apartment demand,” said Christian Garner, president and CEO of Avanti Residential.

Artistry is located at 1661 Central Avenue in the downtown core of St. Petersburg, home to a sizable employment center and vibrant entertainment hub with numerous restaurants, bars, and cultural attractions. The project has a high walkability score to area amenities and is two blocks from Tropicana Field, home to the Tampa Bay Rays.

Featuring studio, one- and two-bedroom floorplans, the apartments offer designer details with stainless-steel appliances, modular built-in closets, private balconies, and in-unit laundry facilities. Community amenities include a resort-style pool and rooftop retreat, panoramic views of downtown, billiards lounge, yoga sanctuary and fitness center, a tenant lounge, and a dog park and pet spa area.

This acquisition is Avanti’s third South Florida investment in the past six months, following major purchases in Boynton Beach and Doral. “In terms of its size, quality, and location, Artistry is a great example of the lifestyle forward apartment communities we are committed to acquiring as we grow our multifamily portfolio,” said Jason Wine, director of acquisitions for Avanti Residential.

Kansas City, Kan. and Denver, Colo. – November 30, 2021 – Avanti Residential, a nationwide multifamily investor and operator, today announced the acquisition of Village West Apartments, a 306-unit Class-A apartment community in Kansas City, Kan.

“This is an outstanding opportunity to grow our apartment portfolio in Kansas City, where affordability, high quality of life and steady job growth continues drive demand for newer, lifestyle-forward multifamily housing,” said Christian Garner, president of Avanti Residential.

Village West Apartments was built in 2014 and has abundant lifestyle amenities, including a resident clubhouse, media lounge, co-working lounge with conference room, fitness center and a resort-style pool. The complex is comprised of one- and two-bedroom apartments that range from 763 square feet to 1,385 square feet in size. The apartments feature wood plank-style flooring, kitchens with granite counters and stainless-steel appliances, walk-in closets, and 12-foot ceilings in select units. Each apartment is equipped with a built-in workstation, energy-efficient washer and dryer and a private patio or balcony.

Village West Apartments is located at 8343 Leavenworth Rd., near the master planned Village West, a sprawling retail, dining, and entertainment area that includes the Legends Outlets, Kansas Speedway, professional sports venues for soccer and baseball, and the future home of the massive new American Royal complex. Acquisition of new 226-unit Class A apartment community furthers Denver-based Avanti’s investment foothold in South Florida, with a third purchase pending before year-end

Denver, CO and Doral, FL – October 12, 2021 – Denver-based Avanti Residential announces the acquisition of Sanctuary Doral, an ultra-luxury 226-unit luxury multifamily community in Doral, FL for $102 million. Avanti purchased Sanctuary Doral from Miami-based Shoma Group, who developed the project with condominium-quality finishes and resort-like amenities in 2020.

“We think this is a tremendous apartment community on so many levels, with design and quality attributes befitting the highest quality for-sale condominium complexes in the market, plus the project is in a prime location serving a growing and upwardly mobile apartment resident demographic,” said Christian Garner, president of Avanti Residential.

Sanctuary Doral is located at 9400 NW 41st Street, with prominent frontage along Doral Boulevard, the major east/west thoroughfare in Doral. The property includes 1.35 acres of dedicated open space and outdoor amenities, including an oversized pool deck with cabanas and day beds, barbeque areas, a large children’s playground and soccer field, a half-acre sculpture garden, a large pet park and pet spa area.

Resident amenities include a deluxe fitness center with a steam room and dry sauna, a game room/lounge area, and a business center and conference room. The master plan for the project also includes numerous dining and entertainment options, though this retail component was not a part of the sale.

The project includes one-, two- and three-bedroom floors plans ranging in size from 731 square feet to 1,402 square feet. Apartment interiors feature high-end, condo-quality finishes, including bathrooms with quartz countertops, island entertainment areas and designer cabinetry with under-cabinet lighting. Each apartment is equipped with full-sized washers and dryers, stainless-steel kitchen appliances, and keyless entry.

Avanti Residential has been an active investor in multifamily communities in Florida as the firm expands its nationwide portfolio. The company acquired the 341-unit 500 Ocean apartment complex in Boynton Beach, FL in July 2021, and is nearing completion on a similar sized purchase in the Tampa, FL area by the end of the year.

“We recognize the strong demand for premium apartment communities in South Florida, especially in the immediate area where upwardly mobile professionals are such a predominate demographic base,” added Garner.

Denver, CO and Boynton Beach, FL – August 23, 2021 – Avanti Residential announces the acquisition of 500 Ocean, a 341-unit Class A apartment community in Boynton Beach, FL.
